The Role: As a Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our advisers and clients. Working closely with our senior paraplanner, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills, particularly in suitability report writing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing client documentation and correspondence Preparing basic suitability reports Supporting financial advisers in their daily tasks Maintaining and updating client records using Intelligent Office (I.O.) – experience with I.O. is highly desirable Liaising with clients and other team members to ensure smooth workflows Working with a wide range of product providers across the whole of market, so experience in dealing with various providers and products would be highly advantageous Why Join Us?
