Your experience in employee relations(ER) will be essential as you work closely with managers to handlecomplex cases and ensure best practices arefollowed.

* HRSupport AcrossSites:Be the first point of contact for HR matters supporting employeesand managers across variouslocations.
* EmployeeRelationsExpert:Manage and resolve a variety of ER cases including disciplinariesgrievances performance issues and employment tribunals withconfidence.
* Guidethe Employee LifeCycle:Support managers through the entire employee life cycle recruitmentonboarding performance management and exitprocesses.
* Train& EmpowerManagers:Coach and guide managers on people management practices ensuringthey re wellversed in HR policies and bestpractices.
* Compliance& PolicyUpdates:Keep uptodate with changes in employment law and ensure that our HRpolicies are compliant and reflective of currentlegislation.
* ProjectSupport:Collaborate on HR projects manage timelines and ensure the deliveryof highqualityresults.
* BuildRelationships:Lead regular meetings with department managers ensuring HRinitiatives are communicated effectively and consistent practicesarefollowed.
* CrossfunctionalCollaboration:Work closely with other teams including wellbeing safety andpostincident management ensuring alignment andsupport.
* ContinuousImprovement:Identify opportunities for HR system improvements and makerecommendations for streamliningprocesses.
* DataDrivenDecisions:GenerateHR data reports and insights to support decisionmaking within theleadershipteam.
Requirements
* CIPDLevel 5 or equivalent qualification is highlydesirable.
* Provenexperience in Employee Relations (ER) with a track record ofhandling complex cases from start tofinish.
* Strongknowledge of employment law and HR bestpractices.
* Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills you re a good listener andclear communicator who can build relationships at alllevels.
* Attentionto detail and a methodical approach towork.
* Timemanagement and organisational skills you can juggle multiplepriorities and deliver ondeadlines.
* Flexibilityand adaptability to meet the changing needs of thebusiness.
* Abilityto work independently while also being a teamplayer.
* StrongIT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)and HRsystems.
