Sales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of machinery based in the Basingstoke area; due to ongoing success they are seeking an enthusiastic Aftersales Administrator to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the aftersales team.
Aftersales Administrator - Engineering Position Overview
1. Processing customer enquiries and orders
2. Tracking orders from sales processing through to despatch
3. Maintaining and updating records of sales progress and quotations
4. Utilizing the company CRM system to manage and track customer data
Aftersales Administrator - Engineering Position Requirements
5. Previous sales administration experience
6. Based in a commutable distance of Basingstoke
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Good organisation skills
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM experience is desirable
Aftersales Administrator - Engineering Position Remuneration
10. Starting salary £24,000 + Performance related bonus
11. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week with some flexibility with timing
12. 22 Days Holiday, plus bank holidays. Increasing with service.
