What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will undertake assessments, professional interventions, and other duties relating to individuals, families, and carers. Working as autonomous professionals, your decision-making will be informed by social work knowledge, legislation, statutory guidance, and policies and procedures related to the social care of adults and their carers.
