Family Time Support Worker (Supervised Contact)
Location: Knowsley
Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week

We are currently looking for a dedicated Family Time Support Worker to join our team in Knowsley. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating supervised contact between children and their families, ensuring that these interactions are safe, supportive, and constructive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support family contact sessions for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Provide detailed observations and reports on family interactions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
* Support families in understanding and improving their relationships with their children.
* Adhere to safeguarding protocols and report any concerns as appropriate.
What we're looking for:
* Experience working with children and families, preferably in a social care or support role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* An understanding of safeguarding practices and the ability to manage challenging situations.
* Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting families in need.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
