What skills and experience we're looking for
Join our Trust's School Support Team as a Science Curriculum Improvement Lead and play a key role in shaping science education across 43 schools. Ideally, we seek someone with expertise across all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics), but we are open to a combination of two specialists covering these areas collaboratively.
Working alongside Regional Education Directors and improvement specialists, you will design ambitious curriculum frameworks, refine departmental assessments, and enhance teaching capacity through targeted coaching. In addition to strategic leadership, you will deliver engaging masterclasses and provide tailored support for exam groups. This role combines innovative planning with hands-on school involvement.
If you are passionate about driving excellence in science education, we look forward to welcoming you to the team.
