The Network Manager oversees and maintains Integra's Accountable Care Organization (ACO) provider network, promoting high-quality, efficient, patient-centered care. Care and support of the ACO provider network is essential to achieving the goals of the ACO and meeting the requirements of our payer contracts. The Network Manager is responsible for all administrative functions related to network development and management; this includes ACO provider relationship development and management, ACO provider roster management, and ACO provider performance management, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage provider recruitment and retention with leadership guidance.
* Act as the primary contact for Integra providers and staff, fostering relationships and streamlining communication.
* Visit provider practices to understand needs and provide updates to the Integra team.
* Maintain regular contact with in-network and prospective providers, ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Oversee administrative tasks for Integra POD and Network Management Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-ups.
* Handle provider onboarding and contractual processes.
* Maintain an up-to-date provider roster in collaboration with analytics.
* Gather routine updates from providers (e.g., new locations, added/terminated NPIs).
* Manage payer contract roster requirements, including monthly updates to payers.
* Track network performance in quality, cost, and utilization.
* Collaborate with the Senior Director of Quality and PCP Performance to support provider performance improvement.
* Develop and implement a performance evaluation framework for Integra’s specialty network.
* Organize and manage network development information.
* Coordinate and deliver presentations for providers and staff.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree required with minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the health care industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
