IKEA Milton Keynes is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join their team.
A Visual Merchandiser at IKEA is responsible for designing and maintaining attractive product displays, implementing store layout plans, collaborating on merchandising strategies, and staying updated on home furnishing trends.
What We Offer
1. Start date: 7th June 2025
2. Starting salary of £27,772, based on competence and experience
3. 39 hours, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, including working every 7th weekend. Shifts between 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. We can discuss flexibility during the interview.

What You Need to Have
* A degree or experience in a relevant creative field
* Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is preferred
* Passion for home furnishings, design, and understanding how people live, with the ability to generate inspiring ideas
* A hands-on approach, comfortable working with hand tools and at heights
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Use visual merchandising skills to enhance the IKEA identity through store layout and range presentation
* Understand the local market to create relevant, inspiring, and affordable range presentation solutions that cater to diverse tastes and exceed visitor expectations
* Collaborate with the Communication & Interior Design team and other functions to exploit commercial opportunities and understand financial impacts
* Implement range changes according to the commercial calendar
