* Develop and manage the loyalty program budget and track performance against key metrics.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer loyalty.
Qualifications and must-haves include:
* Proven experience in loyalty management.
* CRM experience is essential.
* Loyalty strategy and facilitating loyal programmes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
