🕒 Training Hours: 2:45 PM – 4:00AM Regular Hours: 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM

đź’· Pay Rate: ÂŁ12.31 per hour, increasing to ÂŁ12.93 after 12 weeks
We are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client's growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a solid background in aluminium handling or fabrication work, looking for a long-term role with progression potential.
Key Responsibilities
Handling and preparing aluminium materials
Supporting fabrication and warehouse operations
Operating machinery and following production processes (training provided)
Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
About You
Proven experience working with aluminium or in a fabrication setting (essential)
Comfortable working night shifts
Strong work ethic and reliability
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Team player with a positive attitude
