Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS1/KS2 students
* Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs of primary school students
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational experience
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other relevant information
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Proven experience teaching in primary education, specifically with KS1 and KS2 students
* Strong classroom management skills
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous
* Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one
