Wycombe Abbey is a world-class school and is a place of educational excellence. With its distinctive heritage, magnificent 170-acre campus, and impressive resources, the School provides an outstanding education for over 650 girls aged 11-18.
Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint an HR Administrator to provide effective, professional administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
The successful candidate will support application and interview processes, assist with onboarding checks and procedures, carry out data entry and maintenance of HR filing systems, and act as a first point of contact for general enquiries to the HR Department by telephone, email, or in-person.
The successful candidate will have experience of providing efficient and accurate administrative services, with strong practical experience of using Office 365 (Excel, Word, and Outlook). They will be able to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while developing effective and supportive relationships with internal and external colleagues.
Contract: This is a permanent, full-time contract.

Salary: £24,400 - £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Holiday Entitlement: 30 working days, plus bank holidays.
