Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive RE lessons to students in accordance with the school's curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of all students.
* Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage their growth.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience of students.
* Plan and participate in extracurricular activities, such as school trips and events, to foster a well-rounded educational experience.
* Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, achievements, and behavior, and communicate with parents/guardians as necessary.
* Stay up-to-date with educational developments and implement best practices in teaching methodologies.
Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the RE curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality RE lessons to students of various abilities and backgrounds.
* Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
