The Role of Business Development Manager
* Field based role / winning new business with industrial end-users.
* The successful Business Development Manager will representing a market leading distributor of capital equipment.
* You will be tasked with generating new business and managing existing accounts thereafter selling commercial equipment such as MHE Forklift trucks, commercial cleaning machines and racking into end-user industrial / warehousing and logistics businesses.
* From time to time you will be responsible for demonstrating products to clients.
* The Business Development Manager will self generate their own business and complete the full sales cycle.

The Candidate for the Business Development Manager role
* Previous experience of selling a product (open to sector) or services
* Field sales or B2B telesales, hybrid experience
* Outgoing, dynamic and confident personality with a consultative sales approach
* This role will be ideal for a career minded field sales professional that wants to represent a leading brand selling 'needed products.'
* You will come with a solid track record but be on the upward curve. My client are looking for a talented individual they can work with and promote within a 2-3 year period (ambition is key).
The Package on offer for the Business Development Manager
* £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (£70,000 - £80,000+) year 2 realistic uncapped OTE
* Negotiable guarantee of contribution towards bonus in yr 1
