Salary: £19,860 – Actual starting salary per annum
Annual progression to top of grade D (£21,599 actual salary per annum)
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, 38 weeks of the year (term time only)
Monday to Friday 8:15am – 4:00pm (includes a daily 30 minute unpaid break)

The College is seeking an organised and efficient Behaviour Support Lead to join our team.
Working alongside our Positive Behaviour Team, the Behaviour Support Lead will manage, supervise and provide support for students within the Reset Room. The successful candidate will follow College processes, managing behaviour and communicating appropriately with students, staff and families. They will help students to regulate behaviours and engage in pre-planned learning whilst maintaining a positive environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled person to join the College and work in its community of highly motivated staff, enthusiastic students, supportive parents and knowledgeable Governing Board.
