Suffolk GP Federation are looking to welcome an HR advisor to their team. The successful applicant will join Unity Healthcare GP practice in Haverhill, for a permanent, full-time position, ideally for 37.5 hours per week but with a minimum of 30 hours (4 days). This position is p art of the investment in our workforce to lead on providing HR advice, support and guidance on a range of operational HR issues across Unity Healthcare. Working as part of the central HR team with a focus on Unity Healthcare, you will carry out the following duties; Provide day-to-day HR support to Unity. Be the first point of contact for line managers and employees. Coach and guide line managers with the full HR life cycle, embedding the federation culture and approach whilst providing up to date accurate HR advice. Manage and ensure the ongoing use of the practice’s HR and compliance system (TeamNet). About the Candidate Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience: CIPD qualified to at least level 3. Experience and competence of working in a generalist HR environment including employee relations. Good problem solving skills.
