Ensure Cold Chain is managed in in accordance with maintaining the cold chain of medicines policy and audit/records are maintained. Compliance with the medicines management standards throughout the process including robust awareness of immunisation history and contraindications to vaccination. Assess and engage professional judgement to ensure parent / carer / young persons consent is informed in accordance with national and local policy/guidelines.
