To support their expanding operations, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Data Administrator to join their team at the Birmingham Business Park on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent for the right person. This position is a full-time role with working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Position Overview: We are seeking an Excel Data Administrator to assist in maintaining and organizing accurate data for our client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and organization, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data input, validation, and manipulation. Key Responsibilities: Input and maintain accurate fleet data in Microsoft Excel. Perform data validation to ensure data quality and consistency. Generate reports and dashboards to track and analyse fleet performance. Collaborate with team members to gather and update data. Assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes. Manage and organize digital and physical records. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience within a fleet company is a benefit although not essential.
