Job Description
1. £ per hour depending on experience
2. Part-time permanent position - approximately 24 hours per week worked including evening shifts and weekends
3. 8 hour shifts between 7am and 11pm
4. Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
5. Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions.
6. Take ownership of guest’s requirements and food allergies.
7. Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
8. Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments.
9. Effectively communicate with all colleagues and managers.
10. Handle guest queries and complaints with a calm and mature approach.
Qualifications
11. Dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
12. Natural passion and flair for the industry and food
13. Have the ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative when needed.
14. Ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
15. Willing to learn new things.
