Work with multiple project stakeholders to understand key objectives, risks, and opportunities. Recommend delivery models, routes to market, and commercial and contracting strategies that align with client goals and industry standards. Engage with the market to identify and analyse key trends, appetite, opportunities, and risks. Identify areas of improvement or innovation and share best practices and lessons learnt. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members. Play a part in recruiting new talent and supporting work-winning opportunities. What We Are LookingFor: Qualifications: CIPS / MCIPS or construction based qualifications Experience leading multiple procurements of complex construction and infrastructure projects under Public Contract Regulations / PA23 from early market engagement through to contract award.
