Main duties of the job Provide day to day support for Patient Safety and Quality Improvement initiatives. Resolving day to day problems independently, but escalate concerns to members of the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement team. Assist the team in the development of plans and monitoringprogress. Plankey work streams in relation to particular pieces of work. Design mechanisms for the collection and analysis and communication of complex data/ information sets. Communicate information about Patient Safety and Quality Improvement projects, including in the developmental stage where the message is constantly changing. Meet the administration needs of the team, which includes arranging, taking accurate minutes and following up actions.
