TheRole:
Join our dynamic team as aSales Administrator where youll handle customer inquiries qualifypotential leads and provide tailored solutions. Youll support our 2other sales team members manage records and ensure seamlesscoordination between Sales & Installations. Were lookingfor excellent communicators with strong attention to detail who canthrive in a fastpaced environment. Ideal candidates will haveexperience in sales support customer relationship management and apassion for the renewablessector.
Responsibilities:
* CustomerEngagement: Handle incoming inquiries qualifypotential customers conduct outbound followup calls understandcustomer needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain aprofessional and positive telephone manner to enhance customerexperience.
* SalesSupport and Processing: Manage and process inboundsales leads promptly and accurately support team members byanswering incoming sales calls assist in scheduling meetingsmanaging correspondence and ensure seamless coordination betweenSales & Installationsstaff.
* SolutionDesign and Quotation Preparation: Engage withcustomers to determine if our products fit their needs performinitial qualifications and explorations provide indicative quotesand develop accurate cost estimates for competitivequotations.
* CustomerRecord Management: Maintain organised uptodatecustomer records to support effective account management createdetailed reports using Microsoft Office tools and generate andanalyse sales reports to provide insights into performance againsttargets.
* ClientRelationship Management: Offer excellent customerservice throughout the sales and aftersales process follow up oninquiries to ensure satisfaction foster longterm relationships andpromptly address and resolve customer issues orconcerns.
* PipelineDevelopment and Continuous Improvement:Strategically build the sales pipeline bycollaborating with the team to form strong relationships withinternal stakeholders and customers stay updated on industry trendsand continuously enhance sales and administrative processes.

* CustomerRecord Management: Expertise in maintainingorganised customer records generating reports using MicrosoftOffice and analysing salesdata.
