About the Job

As an Operations Manager (211 Delivery), you will be responsible for overseeing the entire 211 delivery operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics for normal parcels, bulky items, and fresh & frozen goods. This role involves managing in-house drivers, optimizing delivery routes, ensuring high-performance standards and making sure that all delivery of the parcels are dealt correctly. The Operations Manager ensures that all processes are aligned and executed effectively.


Your Responsibilities

1. Fully oversee and manage the entire 211 delivery operations.
2. Ensure smooth handling and execution of normal parcel, bulky item, and fresh & frozen deliveries.
3. Coordinate in-house drivers, ensuring they meet delivery standards.
4. Ensure that all delivery routes are correct and, if necessary, communicate with the Route Planner to make adjustments.
