Quality Personnel is looking for an exceptional orders administrator to join our well-established client. This person will have excellent attention to detail as they will need to be processing high volumes of orders. Excel skills are required, including V Lookups, so a solid understanding and experience of Excel would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception duties including meeting and greeting, answering the telephone and managing the post.
2. Arranging the scheduled facilities maintenance with contractors.
3. Ensuring all documentation is completed with suppliers.
4. Health and safety reporting.
5. Internal auditing.
6. Arranging travel including hotels, flights and transfers.
7. Maintain the business management system.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous administration experience in a mirrored role.
2. Strong organisational skills.
3. Keen eye for detail.
4. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office.
