Where : Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12 area. When: We are looking to welcome the right person to the team ASAP Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm. Fixed term – 3 months initially Salary: £12.00 Per Hour. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented training coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be highly organised, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the wider team. Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting. Customer Service Mindset – You should be approachable and responsive to internal and external queries. Analytical Thinking – Able to assess information and make informed decisions. Drive for Continuous Improvement – Always looking for ways to enhance processes and efficiency. Role Experience Proven experience in training coordination– Ability to organise, schedule, and oversee training sessions efficiently. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – Confident in using and managing LMS platforms for training delivery and tracking. Administrative Support in a Training Environment – Background in handling documentation, compliance, and reporting related to training programs. Stakeholder Engagement – Experience in liaising with trainers, employees, and external partners to coordinate training needs. Team Collaboration – Comfortable working alongside various departments to ensure effective training delivery. Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities – Skilled in balancing workloads, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What’s in it for you?
