As the Branch Director, you will be the senior leader at the branch level, with overall accountability for all aspects of branch operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the P&L
2. Driving growth through improved retention, cross-sales, and new client acquisitions
3. Setting performance and behaviour standards, acting as a role model
4. Leading the branch team to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and resources to achieve sales targets
5. Providing strong, effective leadership
6. Driving the implementation of regional strategies

8. Reviewing market conditions to identify new opportunities
9. Assessing performance against competitors
10. Maintaining key internal relationships within the organisation
You will be a proven leader with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a regulatory general insurance framework.
