The Role: Within Landsec's People Department the People Coordinator will be one of the first contact for all employee queries. They will oversee the onboarding of new starters by creating contracts, they will support employee queries around time off and leave, they will assist new starters on all onboarding tasks and make sure that all employee information is accurately recorded and passed through to payroll. Reporting to the People Manager the People Co-ordinator will provide administrative support to our People Team making sure that all relevant information is accurately recorded within Workday, our current HR System. The People Co-ordinator will also support other teams within the department include our Group Reward Manager, our Learning & Development team and the Talent Acquisition Team. Accurate and professional responses to internal and external HR queries Work with the other People Coordinators to share best practice and ensure consistency of approach and application Administration of end to end recruitment process and processing job offer documentation within agreed SLA’s Inputting and maintaining accurate employee data on Workday Identifying opportunities to improve Workday processes. Recording and reporting on leave of absences, including management of maternity process and associated paperwork Support in monthly reporting and other ad hoc reporting requests Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum The Team: This is an exciting opportunity to join a pro-active People Team with a clear set of people objectives and priorities for the coming year. What you will be responsible for: Accountable for data accuracy and management of data in all HR systems such as Workday Input payroll data accurately, in accordance with payroll deadlines Support with note taking at grievance and disciplinary hearings as required Provide Engagement survey support to People Directors Process purchase orders and invoices as necessary Support HR related projects as required Support L&D activities and provide holiday and sickness cover for L&D assistant as required.
