Role: Maintenance Electrician
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Salary: £39,900 per annum
Type: Permanent
Trevett Services are currently searching for a Maintenance Electrician (static site) for a Permanent role based in the Oxford Area in a Research Facility.
Duties:
* Confidently handle all PPM and Reactive Maintenance.
* Mechanical Maintenance across the site.
* Defect Investigation.
* Resolving Defects.
* Modifications and Installations of Mechanical Building Services/ Plant in Lab buildings and support areas.
* Technical Support for the mechanical teams and estate.
* Production of site surveys and plant schedules.
Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) qualification or equivalent.
* Experience with Installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical plant equipment.
* Health and Safety regulations knowledge.
* Flexible to participate in on-call system.
Benefits:
