Job Description:
As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in assisting our clients with their day-to-day lives, encompassing personal care, shopping, bill management, medical appointments, and community engagement, among other aspects. No two shifts are alike, ensuring that you'll learn something new every day! Your journey with us will be filled with fun moments, forging strong bonds with our customers, becoming a reliable and caring Support Worker actively involved in their development and daily lives.

Current Opportunity: We are currently recruiting for our 24 Supported Living services across Redditch and Alcester, with typical shift patterns as follows:
07:00-15:00
15:00-22:00, plus sleep-in shifts (Sleep-in's are paid at £7.83/hr)
Some flexibility is required across the working week, including sleep shifts as an essential part of this service.
While having an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous, we also welcome applications from candidates who are new to the care industry.
Training Details:
We offer an in-depth, face-to-face two-week new starter training program for all new applicants, as well as ongoing learning opportunities for existing staff members. Training is a fundamental step to prepare you for employment with our organization. You'll need to be flexible to attend an induction at our Worcester office along with training days at our Head Office in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
Travel expenses and mileage can be claimed. You will be paid per hour to attend training dates, along with paid induction shifts before joining the regular rota.
Unfortunately, we do not have a Sponsorship license, so cannot assist with Switch or secondary employment at this time.
