️ Site Manager - Fit-Out Specialist (Permanent Role) 🏗️
LRL is hiring an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager for a permanent role with a leading high-end fit-out contractor. Based in the North West, our client delivers top-tier construction, refurbishment, interior fit-out, and new build projects across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead exciting commercial and leisure projects, managing teams on-site and ensuring smooth project delivery.
🔧 Your Responsibilities
✅ Overseeing direct trades & subcontractors (up to 40 staff on-site)
✅ Managing projects ranging from £250k - £4 million
✅ Leading health & safety compliance (toolbox talks, site reports, risk assessments)
✅ Ensuring high-quality standards are met across all aspects of the project
✅ Reviewing and preparing site reports & drawings
PAYE
£23-£25 Per Hour
🎯 What You'll Need
🔹 5+ years of Site Management experience (fit-out sector preferred)
🔹 SMSTS & CSCS Black Card
🔹 First Aid Certification
🔹 A background in joinery is a plus
🔹 Full UK driving licence
