Position: Plasterer/Renderer
Looking for a reliable plasterer/renderer to assist on natural material builds. Mainly internal lime and clay work – focus on getting walls flat, understanding suction, and clean site conduct. Must have good attention to detail, be respectful in client homes, and willing to learn our high-standard processes. Experience with base coats, woodfibre, and mesh a plus.

2. Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
