HR Advisor, Leeds - LS11 Circa £35k pa 2 days working from home Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client to recruit a HR Advisor. In this exciting, varied role, you’ll support everything from workforce planning and performance management to employee relations and wellbeing. You’ll help drive their mission forward by working alongside teams to ensure they are building a supportive, engaging environment where everyone is empowered to do their best work. What You’ll Be Doing Recruitment Revolution: Partner with Line Managers to create role specs, select the right recruitment channels, and screen CVs - bringing in fresh talent that fits our unique culture. Smooth Onboarding: Make new hires feel right at home with a warm and efficient, onboarding experience. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, book courses, and track employee development. Help us build a team that’s constantly growing and learning. Be the Go-To Expert: Provide responsive, best-practice HR guidance to Line Managers on things like sickness, disciplinaries, performance, and employment law compliance. Employee Relations: Tackle sensitive employee issues, including disputes and grievances, with tact and professionalism. Performance & Talent Management: Coordinate staff appraisals, track performance, and help with succession planning. Identify training opportunities that help their teams flourish. Day-to-Day HR Operations: Keep everything running smoothly, from maintaining the HR online management system to helping with payroll alongside the Finance team. Health & Wellbeing: Champion health and wellbeing initiatives that keep the people happy and thriving. Company Benefits: Advise employees on company benefits and keep them informed. About You You’re passionate about people - you’re a people-person, a relationship-builder, and a champion of employee wellbeing. You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience as an HR Advisor with a generalist remit, and you’ll have a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or be working towards it). You’re confident in managing a variety of HR tasks and can juggle priorities with ease, thriving in a fast-paced environment. You’ve got a solid handle on Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and you know how to present data and insights with PowerPoint. Your knowledge of GDPR in HR is rock solid, and you understand the legal and compliance landscape that governs the industry. You’ll also build strong relationships with external suppliers and legal advisors, ensuring we stay supported and compliant at all times.
