Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Hospital Team based in Hampshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will use your professional knowledge, skills, and interventions in accordance with SWE code of practice, statutory duties, professional practice, departmental policies and procedures, and best value. You will assess, monitor, and review the social care needs of adults and their carers in relation to their caring role. Additionally, you will support the planning and arrangements, provision, or purchase of appropriate services/care that will meet a person’s assessed and eligible needs and the outcomes identified.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK licence, have post-qualified experience, and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
