We are looking for a Band 5 Registered Nurse who will be responsible for the provision of care as part of a team on a 20 bedded unit for people from 18 years upwards. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and be able to communicate with internal and external partners as required. To take charge of a cohort of patients and as appropriate to act up to take charge of the unit in the absence of senior staff. To be part of internal rotation to support 24 hour care within the unit to support the needs of the department. We are passionate about promoting good mental health and wellbeing.
