We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join the Boots UK Marketing team to support the delivery of our ambitious growth plans. This is a high profile, varied and fast paced role reporting into the Head of Marketing for Beauty. As Beauty Marketing Manager, you will be at the very core of our plans to transform how beauty at Boots is perceived and driving us to make better, more creative and effective choices in our marketing work. You will be the owner and co-ordinator of any marketing plans that are produced by Boots which you will deliver through a range of cross functional marketing channels. You will be responsible for key projects, overall creative direction for these and play a key role in setting the strategy for the future of beauty. In addition, by crafting close partnerships with our agencies - The Pharm, Oliver and the B-Hive - we expect you to drive creative excellence, new ideas and continue to help us to push the boundaries. Key responsibilities: • Developing the comms strategy including customer target, creative and tone of voice for key Beauty categories and campaigns • Developing the 360-marketing plan for brands, product launches and campaigns across; paid media, Boots owned channels including the website, app and emails, influencers, partnerships, social media, in-store and PR working with channel leads • Leading delivery for paid media assets across a range of channels, including AV, Radio, OOH, Print and Social • Briefing and managing agencies on both creative and media • Line management and development of an Assistant Marketing Manager What you'll need to have: • Strong experience and knowledge of digital and social media, as well as data driven marketing campaigns • Experienced at leading and delivering above the line campaigns across a wide variety of channels including TV, Print, Outdoor and Radio • Experienced at developing and implementing marketing campaigns which drive brand growth • Experienced at developing brilliant marketing creative and ideas which motivate customers to take action • A people focussed leader who motivates others and knows how to get the best out of a wide variety of stakeholders • A proactive, positive, can-do attitude • A driven individual who demonstrates high levels of accountability and ownership Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and more.
