The Opportunity
As Digital Growth and Engagement Manager, you will play a central role in driving the company’s digital performance. From crafting targeted campaigns and implementing CRM strategies to optimising SEO and managing paid media, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting with customers and growing the brand’s online presence. You’ll collaborate with creative, technical, and external teams to deliver impactful campaigns across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & CRM Build and execute a global CRM and digital engagement strategy, maximising customer retention and acquisition while reducing costs.
Campaign Development Create briefs for data-driven, creative campaigns to grow and segment the customer database, ensuring regional and category-specific relevance.
Performance Marketing Lead external agencies in optimising paid channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft, while driving measurable results.
Creative Ad Management Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing digital ads tailored to various stages of the customer journey.
SEO Drive on-site and off-site SEO improvements globally, working alongside PR and outreach teams to enhance search visibility.
Emerging Channels Identify and implement innovative digital revenue streams, such as TikTok Shop, social commerce, and subscription models.
Data-Driven Insights Analyse campaign performance using tools like GA4 and Shopify, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Community Engagement Develop loyalty programs, encouraging UGC and leveraging it for digital campaigns.
Testing and Experimentation Conduct A/B testing across email, ads, and social content to refine strategies and maximise results.
Your Experience
We’re looking for a skilled digital marketer with strong strategic vision, extensive experience with brand marketing, and technical expertise. You’ll need to have:
Extensive digital marketing experience, including acquisition and retention strategies.
Proven experience in brand marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and identity across digital channels.
A deep understanding of CRM systems, database management, and email marketing automation.
A proven track record in managing SEO and paid marketing initiatives.
Experience with platforms, such as Shopify and Klaviyo.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects. Bonus Points For:
