Job Description
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be supporting our client with personal care and clinical care such as tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, and stoma care. The client uses a wheelchair and enjoys socializing, loves football, and has a good sense of humor. You will be required to drive the client's vehicle to appointments and social activities.
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill set and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, plus much more! We care for and support people of all ages in the community and in their homes, with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, and you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of, though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.
