Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our community, handling diverse responsibilities with professionalism and care. Your duties will include managing phone enquiries, scheduling appointments and ceremonies, issuing vital certificates, and conducting searches of historical records. You will also process financial transactions and maintain meticulous records for various registration activities. With a warm, welcoming demeanour, you may greet visitors at our reception, ensuring they are properly directed. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use responding to written enquiries and guiding people to our online services. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference in people's lives during significant moments you will succeed in this position. You will need to be educated to level 3 standard or have clear evidence of an equivalent level of knowledge and experience to thrive on accuracy and excel in fast-paced environments excellent customer service and teamworking skills to be able to keep calm under pressure, have a sharp eye for detail, and can confidently manage groups while maintaining a professional appearance ability to navigate tricky situations and resolve conflicts.
