About therole:
We are seeking a drivenBusiness Development Executive to join our successful Skinhealthsales team. In this position your primary focus will be to increasesales and awareness of our key products through a collaborative andstrategic approach. You will develop and maintain professionallongterm client relationships within your given territory. Tosucceed in this role youll require proven experience in businessdevelopment within the aesthetics/skincare industry. Please notethis role will involve working remotely and also regular travelwithin the Midlands region.
Responsibilities:
* Plan prioritise andcarry out:
o Activities including face to facemeetings within territory and accounts within agreed budgets andtimescales resulting in increasedsales.
o Appropriate customer/prospect contact toachieve agreed business aims and targets whilst carefully managingpersonal time and productivity and leading to long term sustainablerelationships.
* Maintainand develop sales with an emphasis on Obagi & Observ andother Healthxchange premium brandsthrough:
o Appropriate propositions and ethicalsales methods.
o Customer analysis to directeffort to deliver best return.
o Relevantinternal liaison to optimise quality of service business growth andcustomer satisfaction. Respond to and follow up sales opportunitiesusing appropriate and timelymethods.
* Respond to andfollow up sales opportunities using appropriate and timelymethods.
* Record analyse report updateand administer relevant systems and company informationrequirements.
* Implement marketing and visualmerchandising initiatives as requested.
* Beaware of competitor developments and activity and feedback relevantinformation to management.
* Ensure use of HXPTech platforms such as Clever Clinic and Clever Patients areoptimised on the territory and by team.
* Attendand present at external and internal meetings as necessary toperform own duties and aid businessdevelopment.
* Maintain high level of relevantknowledge techniques and skills through selflearning &attending organised events.
* Routinely assessproduct knowledge and show improvement across the Skin Healthportfolio.
* Adhere to health and safety policyand other requirements relating to self and care ofequipment.
* Carry out additional and ad hocduties as and when required to fulfil the duties above or asrequested by the management of thecompany
About you:
* Previous history ofsales experience within the aesthetic or beautyindustry
* High achiever with highest standard ofselfdriven worth ethic.
* Relevant industryknowledge.
* Target driven personality withproven track record of achieving and exceeding hightargets.
* Good working knowledge of products andservices of the company (through selflearning &training).
* High standards of customer servicesales skills and communication.
* Able to meetdeadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
* Abilityto work with a CRM.
* Proven commercial qualityaccount management.
* Microsoft OfficeSuit
* Clean drivinglicence
