As a dedicated Assistant Principal, your focus will be on raising standards across EYFS, nursery, and KS1. As a key member of our academy leadership team, you will drive improvements in pupil progress and teaching and learning within this area of the school.

Your role will be to identify and implement the actions that will further raise standards, ensuring all pupils receive the best possible start in life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive improvements in pupil progress and teaching and learning in EYFS, nursery, and KS1.
2. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted actions.
3. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
4. Build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
5. Manage leadership duties alongside classroom responsibilities.

An understanding of EYFS and KS1 is essential, along with the ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team.
