LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR - MATERNITY COVER
Warings Furniture is a family-run business that designs, manufactures, and delivers exceptionally high-quality furniture to hospitality clients both nationally and internationally.
We are looking for a reliable, proactive individual with a “can do” attitude who has the potential and willingness to learn through practical experience, as full training will be provided.
You will assist the Logistics team with the following duties:
1. Managing delivery and collection schedules
2. Ensuring all delivery paperwork is in order and correct (e.g., delivery notes)
3. Booking in deliveries and collections with customers and on-site representatives
4. Liaison with sales and dispatch teams, delivery drivers, and site representatives
5. Organising and arranging vehicle checks and updating maintenance records
6. Fleet management (fleet insurance, fleet recovery, vehicle servicing, MOTs)
7. Managing pool car bookings
8. Managing congestion charges/tolls as required
9. Booking overnight accommodation for drivers
10. Organising quotes from third parties and subcontractors
11. Managing the Fuel Card account
