Senior CRM Marketing Executive - Global Entertainment - FTC
£40,000 - £45,000
City – 1 day in the office per week
The successful candidate must have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within ecommerce or an entertainment related company.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive to join a globally renowned entertainment company in a brand new role, on a FTC.
The Role:
* Coordinate all B2C CRM activity across all stakeholders
* Create and optimize lifecycle, resign journeys and automations based on continual data analysis
* Segment customer data via progressive profiling and other tactics to develop highly targeted and personalized campaigns
* Maintain database to ensure all B2C campaigns are compliant with GDPR
* Work with the Paid Marketing Executive on effective acquisition campaigns and initiatives
* Work on activation strategy to grow data and establish ongoing content plans, optimizing landing pages and customer journeys
* Own the retention, reengagement and referral strategy with a view to developing a highly engaged audience
* Continually track and analyse results with regular reporting to key stakeholders and senior management.
* Coordinate content for newsletters and other automations with Publishing editorial, Website Editors and Content Marketers.
Essential requirements:
* Recent experience in a CRM focused role
* Experience within ecommerce, entertainment, media, or similar industry is essential
* GooglyAnalytics is highly desirable
* Data focused and insight driven, with an understanding of how to continually refine campaigns
* Salesforce experience is desirable, but not essential
