Job Description
2 month contract
Monday - Friday
Hours: 0845-1700
Duties include:
1. Handling customer enquiries by telephone, social media, and letter.
2. Logging comments, compliments, and complaints.
3. Responsible for resolving as many customer enquiries as possible about a variety of different Council services such as Council Tax, Housing, Waste, and Environmental Health.
4. Administration tasks.
Must have strong attention to detail.
