The main purpose of the job is to support the Responsible Finance Officer to maintain effective and accurate financial processes and systems, working as part of a team to deliver a broad range of the Council’s services, as well as providing a high quality, comprehensive administrative and clerical service to Hailsham Town Council.
Some of the essential attributes required:
* A professional manner and the ability to work to a high standard.
* Able to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Excellent oral, written and email communication skills, including an ability to relate to, and communicate with councillors, staff, public and external agencies.
