Key Responsibilities: Identify Opportunities – Develop and secure new sales opportunities in line with the sales strategy, contributing to the achievement of the April 2025 new business targets in the health, care, and business services sectors. Consistently meet monthly targets set during 1:1 reviews. Build Relationships – Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive business success. Market Research – Stay informed with in-depth market analysis, attending industry networking events and roadshows to enhance our brand presence. Negotiate & Close Leads/Deals – Generate high-quality leads, convert them into valuable opportunities, and ensure accurate sales pipeline forecasts and reporting. Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure our CRM system is up to date with all relevant information. Collaborate – Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and achieve shared business objectives. We are looking for: Proven Sales Expertise – Demonstrable success in sales, account management, or business development, with a strong history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Apprenticeship & Funding Knowledge – Solid understanding of apprenticeships and funding mechanisms. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Skilled in effectively engaging clients, negotiating deals, and influencing outcomes. Relationship Building – Strong ability to cultivate and sustain partnerships while driving customer engagement. Strategic & Solution-Oriented – Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and proactively seek solutions to challenges. Organised & Self-Motivated – Highly organised, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently, while thriving in a team environment. Tech-Savvy – Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and sales reporting tools.
