A global engineering solutions provider is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to join their team based in the West Midlands. The position is being offered as a hybrid role, with four days in the office and one day from home a week.
Responsibilities
* Leading Supply Chain team in site meetings such as SQDCL, SIOP, delivery meetings.
* Influencing key internal stakeholder relationships to drive delivery of the site Supply Chain objectives.
* Developing and managing effective supplier relationships with a select number of suppliers to achieve business requirements.
* Evaluating supplier performance, including the identification and mitigation of risk.
* Supporting and potentially leading supplier performance recovery & improvement activities.
