£36,000-£40,000 FTE (dependant on experience, role will be pro rata)
37.5 hours per week, Term time only plus 10 days

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Attendance & Admissions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting high levels of student attendance and ensuring the welfare of our pupils. This position requires a proactive individual who can engage with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyse student attendance data to identify patterns and address concerns promptly.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve overall attendance rates.
* Work closely with students and families to address barriers to regular attendance.
* Collaborate with teaching and support staff to promote student welfare and well-being.
* Liaise with external agencies and services to support student welfare initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to attendance and welfare matters.
