About You This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who has worked for 2 years in a corporate specialist role, ideally within a small or medium sized organisation in financial services. Key Responsibilities The key function of the role is to proactively deliver an efficient, technical service to the corporate advisers, alongside the provision of an excellent service to our 180 corporate clients. Dealing with queries from clients, advisers, colleagues and product providers Maintaining and monitoring the running of accounts Processing of new joiners to pension schemes Updating the database and ensuring that client files are maintained Identifying all commission payments and ensuring that premiums have been paid Providing a seamless service is provided to our clients What we need from you You must have the following skills, experience and attributes: 2 years in a corporate benefits role, ideally within a small or medium-sized organisation in financial services. An excellent knowledge of Group Risk Schemes Direct knowledge of a range of benefit products including GPP, GSHR, GDIS, GIP, GPMI Group Travel & Dental and GCIC Good knowledge of regulatory & TCF requirements Experience of auto enrolment and sound rebroke knowledge Excellent client services and administrative skills An ability to build and develop effective working relationships both internally and externally An inherent dedication for quality, high standards and detail A “can do” attitude, determination and a readiness to roll up your sleeves Collaborative, solutions-driven and able to work autonomously Your Qualifications To excel in this role, it would be beneficial for you to possess the following qualifications: GR1 – Group Risk qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute What’s in it for you?
