* Registerednursing qualification orequivalent
* Registered withthe NMC
* Experience ofworking as a Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse in a warddepartment
* Sound written andverbal communicationskills
* Proven ability towork effectively in a team environment and independently asrequired
* Flexibility andadaptability to meet the changing needs of thebusiness
* Demonstratedcustomer serviceskills
* Demonstrated computerskills
* Evidence of continueddevelopment(essential)
* Privatehealthcare experience would be anadvantage
