Our broad portfolio includes puzzles, games, arts and crafts, construction toys, and more, and we're looking for a passionate Key Account Manager to help drive sales and performance on Amazon.
As a Key Account Manager - Amazon, you’ll be integral to the UK sales team. You'll be responsible for optimizing our Amazon strategy, managing performance, and ensuring our products succeed on the platform. This role will require close collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
* Own and manage the Amazon account, overseeing day-to-day operations and performance.
* Develop and execute a tailored strategy to drive sales growth on Amazon, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
* Leverage Amazon's algorithms to enhance search rankings, optimize product listings, and improve conversion rates.
* Analyze and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
* Work with the marketing team to ensure product listings are fully optimized for search and conversion.
* Collaborate with the digital marketing team to recommend and implement Amazon advertising strategies (sponsored products, sponsored brands, etc.) to drive traffic and boost sales.
* Partner with supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory management and forecasting to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Skills & Experience:
* Amazon account management experience is a must.
* Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
* Strong experience with Amazon Vendor Central and associated analytics tools.
* Ability to take initiative, proactively identify issues, and recommend solutions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
